Conflict Minerals Policy

Eiffage Metal España is committed to respecting and complying with the human rights principles described in the United Nations Convention. Therefore, our code of values includes these principles, which must be complied for employees and the company itself.

As part of this commitment we work to ensure that our products do not contain Conflict Minerals, Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn) and Tungsten (W) that originate from mines that support or finance conflicts within the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjacent countries.
