EIFFAGE METAL ESPAÑA, S.L.U & EIFFAGE METAL GESTIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L.U. have decided to implement an Integral System of Prevention and Management of Legal and Criminal Risks (Integral Compliance Model), ), in order to comply, unequivocally, with the precepts contained in the Criminal Code and in all legislation, rules and regulations that affect them.

In this way, they establish their firm commitment, on the one hand, to compliance with the aforementioned legislation, rules and regulations and, on the other, to zero tolerance for the commission of crimes within the company, which translates into an exercise of constant improvement of its corporate governance and diligent management, contributing value to all the groups with which it is directly and indirectly related.
